CompleteBear shrugs its furry shoulders and claims “voting irregularities” as if that was self-explanatory. Even if there isn’t a prize, award, sash, cash or tiara — isn’t something called “Best of the Bears” worth doing right, or at least very well? Maybe someone else should take a crack at it.
